Celebration of World Mental Health Day with Special Forum and Workshop sessions on 15 October,2011

Sabah Mental Health held a special forum and workshops in conjunction of World Mental day with theme:"Embracing Joy and Reaping Its Benefitsl."

On the day we have a special guest directly from Singapore to give us plenary session about Joy and three (3) optional workshop enhancing the forum. 

Launching of Welfare month:Children in Volunteerism at Beaufort 2 July 2011

Sabah Mental health Association in conjunction with Welfare month, launched an exhibition on Mental awareness.

Outing to Kota Klias, Firefly Trip 24 September,2011

This year the members and our clients managed to have outing to Kota Klias for proboscis monkey sightseeing and firefly trip. Sabah Mental Health organized the trip and that day we gathered at Pan Pacific Sutera Harbour's lobby with 36members.

We managed to reached Kota Klias around 4.30 pm. It's such wonderful trip and we managed to sightseeing some Proboscis monkeys. At around 6pm, we went on with booked boat to view fireflies. We reached back at Kota Kinabalu around 9.30pm.

PKJS+SAWO Awareness Seminar At St.Domiano, Kiulu 23 July 2011

Sabah Mental Health Association (PKJS) baru together with Sabah Women Action Resource Group (SAWO) giving Seminar about mental health and gender awareness Seminar to 100 boys and girls of secondary school age between 16-17.
